Reading terms
These terms apply when you book a reading with me, Layla Aletheia Rose. Please read them before you pay. If anything is unclear, ask me.
Who can book
Readings are for clients aged 18 and over.
What a reading is
A reading offers a considered interpretation and space for reflection. It does not guarantee any outcome, and it is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Your decisions remain yours.
How booking works
- You send me an enquiry on WhatsApp or by email.
- We agree on the question, format, price and timing.
- I send you a secure payment link. I confirm the total price in writing before you pay.
- Your booking is confirmed, and our agreement begins, when your payment arrives.
Prices
- Live reading by video call or phone call: 30 minutes £20, 60 minutes £35.
- Written reading: price confirmed before you commit.
All prices are in pounds sterling.
Live readings
Live readings take place by video call or phone call at the agreed time. If a technical problem on my side stops the reading, we will rearrange it or I will refund you in full.
Written readings
I send written readings by email within 3 working days of payment, to the email address you give me.
Changing or cancelling a live reading
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start time, and I will refund you in full. If you cancel later than that, or don’t attend, I can’t offer a refund, unless your legal right to cancel (below) still applies.
If I need to cancel, I will offer you a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Your legal right to cancel
Because you book at a distance, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the day your booking is confirmed, without giving a reason.
If your reading takes place within those 14 days, I will ask you to confirm that you want it to go ahead early. By confirming, you agree that:
- if you cancel before the reading starts, I will refund you in full;
- if you cancel after it has started, I may charge for the part already given;
- once the reading has been fully given, you can no longer cancel.
To cancel, message me on WhatsApp or email laylaaletheiarose@gmail.com. I refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Confidentiality
What you share with me stays private. I will only share it if the law requires me to, or if I believe someone is at risk of serious harm. The privacy notice explains how I handle your information.
If you’re unhappy
Please tell me. I will reply within two working days and do my best to put things right. This does not affect your legal rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
