  2. We will agree on the question, format, price and timing before you commit.
  3. You pay by secure link.
  4. Your reading.

My role is to offer a considered interpretation and space for reflection. Your decisions remain yours.

Questions people ask

What happens in a reading?

We begin from the question we agreed. I choose the decks and layouts that suit it, lay the cards and talk you through what I see: where the systems agree, where they differ and what remains unclear. You are welcome to ask questions as we go.

How are readings delivered?

Live readings take place by video call or phone call at a time we agree, and last 30 or 60 minutes. Written readings answer one question and are sent by email within 3 working days of payment.

Is my question suitable?

Most questions are. If you are unsure, ask me.

A reading can’t replace medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If your question touches on those areas, I may suggest a different way to frame it.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you tell me stays between us. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted, and I keep enquiries only as long as I need them. The privacy notice explains the details.

How do I pay?

Once we’ve agreed the details, I send you a secure payment link. Your reading is confirmed when payment arrives.

What if I need to change or cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel a live reading free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. You also have a legal right to cancel, explained in the reading terms.
